    Our seasonal returns policy, covering all Arthur Cameron Christmas products, allows you to shop confidently during the festive period. Please be aware that the return window is shorter, and postal and customer service response times may be affected by Christmas demand.

    Return Conditions

    • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Returned items must be received by our warehouse within 14 days from the delivery date.
    • Items must be unused and in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and protective wrapping included.
    • Please keep all packaging - we’re unable to provide replacements.

    Refund Eligibility

    • Returns received after the 14-day window, or not meeting the above conditions, will not be eligible for a refund.
    • We recommend using a tracked service, as delivery times can be slower during the festive period.

    STANDARD RETURNS & EXCHANGES INFORMATION

    Our standard returns policy applies to all other Arthur Cameron products.

    Timeframe

    • You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
    • We must receive your item within 30 days of receipt.

    Conditions

    • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
    • Returns are at your own expense (excluding sheepskin clothing and slippers).

    HOW TO RETURN (APPLIES TO ALL RETURNS)

    1. Pack your item carefully in its original packaging, ensuring it’s well protected for transit.
    2. Include your original invoice, or a note with name, order ID, delivery address, contact details, and whether you’d like a refund or exchange (with size, colour, or style if relevant).

    4. If your parcel is under 60 × 45 × 45 cm, you can purchase a Royal Mail return label from us for £4.00. Purchase Returns Label - you can either print the label or show the QR code at the Post Office.
    5. For parcels larger than 60 × 45 × 45 cm, we recommend using a courier comparison site such as parcel2go.com to find the best return rate.
    6. For clothing and footwear, we offer free returns. A return label should be included in your parcel. If it's missing, email us at info@arthurcameron.co.uk.

    Please Inspect Your Item

    If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@arthurcameron.co.uk, including clear photos of the problem.

    • Do not throw away the original packaging - we are unable to supply replacements.
    • For products with warranties (e.g. Hermle clocks), please retain the packaging for the full duration of the warranty.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

    If approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to appear in your account.

    For a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.


    Exchanges

    If you’d like something different, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order separately once your refund is processed.


    Natural Variations

    Many of our products are hand-crafted using natural materials. Small differences in size, colour, weave, or finish are part of their charm and are not considered faults.

    • Some stray wicker in the box? That’s normal.
    • Small breakages in the weave can often be trimmed with scissors or secateurs.
    • Only significant damage affecting the use of the item would be classed as a fault.

    Non-returnable Items

    We do not accept returns for custom or personalised items. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for return, contact us before sending it back.

    Arthur Cameron understand that some items may not fit, therefore we offer free returns for all clothing and footwear. A returns label should be included in your parcel. If it is missing, email us at info@arthurcameron.co.uk

    Christmas Return Schedule

    Orders placed between 1st November and 23rd December benefit from our extended returns policy. These items can be returned up until 14th January.

    Delivery Info

    Arthur Cameron offer free UK delivery for all orders over £30, and only £2.95 for all other UK orders. 

    All orders are sent out by either Royal Mail, DPD or Parcelforce via a tracked method direct from our warehouse here in Gloucestershire. 

    In a rush? We also offer next working day delivery from £3.95 as long as your order is placed before 2pm. Orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be delivered on the Monday, and orders placed after 2pm Friday and over the weekend will be sent out Monday for delivery Tuesday. Please take into account Bank Holidays

    We do our best to send out every order correctly and on time, however next day delivery is not guaranteed, and no compensation will be offered for late deliveries. We will refund any next day delivery cost.

    European Delivery is set at €14.95

    Next Day Delivery Schedule

    Our Courier (Parcelforce or DPD) deliver Monday-Friday as standard. Therefore all orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2pm will be delivered the next day. Orders placed before 2pm Friday will be delivered the next Monday. They may deliver your parcel at the weekend if sent out on a Friday however this is not guaranteed. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will not be sent out until the following Monday and delivered on the Tuesday. Please be aware national holidays may affect these timings. 

    We don't ask our staff to work weekends or bank holidays

    Garden Furniture Delivery Timescale

    Any orders placed that contain Garden Furniture will be delivered direct to the shipping address, usually within 7-10 working days.

    We offer FREE 2 Man Delivery to most locations across the UK mainland excluding certain parts of Scotland. For further advice, questions or information please contact us before you place an order. Our FREE option includes delivery directly to your garden. You’ll also receive a call from your delivery driver 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you’ll know when to expect them.
