Bits had been damaged where it wasn't wrapped up b4 it was put in the box and was dusty just needs to be protected after making so they stay looking beautiful.
Dissapointing, orderd 2 , arrived , one slightly differant in shape and colour to the other, as I was going to use under a console table next to each other this wasn't possible, not worth the money at all.
I have had one of your clocks for 20 years needed replacement so ordered a mantle clock had issues at first but Hermle sorted it out works perfectly now

This is a beautiful looking and well made clock just as the close up pictures depicted. The only thing that we never thought of before we bought it is that with you being able to see the workings and the central vertical spindle in particular you cannot always read the time from a distance as the hands do not stand out well enough against the workings. Still a beautiful clock though and we are still pleased with our purchase.
