    Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

    Please inspect your item upon delivery. If there is an issue, contact us at info@arthurcameron.co.uk with clear photographs within 7 days of delivery. All original packaging must be retained, as replacements cannot be provided. For items with warranties (such as Hermle clocks), packaging should be kept for the full warranty period.

    Return or exchange requests must be made within this same 7-day period, and items must be received back with us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and protective materials. Returns are at the customer’s expense, excluding sheepskin clothing and slippers, which qualify for free returns.

    Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued automatically to the original payment method - please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear. Items that do not meet the return conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

    If you’d like a different item, the quickest option is to return the original purchase and place a new order once your refund has been processed.

    Non-Returnable Items

    We’re unable to accept returns on custom or personalised items. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

    Natural Variations

    Many of our products are hand-crafted using natural materials.

    • Variations in size, colour, weave, or finish are part of their character and are not considered faults.
    • Occasional stray wicker in packaging is normal.
    • Minor weave imperfections can often be carefully trimmed with scissors or secateurs.


    Only significant damage that affects the usability of the item will be considered a fault.

    How to Return an Item

    1. Carefully repack your item using its original packaging and ensure it is well protected for transit.

    2. Include your original invoice, or a note containing:

    • Your name
    • Order ID
    • Delivery address
    • Contact details
    • Whether you are requesting a refund or exchange (including size, colour, or style if applicable)

    Return Labels & Postage

    • If your parcel measures under 60 × 45 × 45 cm, you can purchase a Royal Mail return label for £4.00. (Labels can be printed at home or presented as a QR code at the Post Office.) Purchase Returns Label Here
    • For larger parcels, we recommend using a courier comparison service such as parcel2go.com to find the most cost-effective option.
    • Clothing and footwear qualify for free returns. A return label should be included in your parcel. If it’s missing, please email info@arthurcameron.co.uk.

    You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return or exchange, and we must receive the item back within 30 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original packaging.

    • Do not throw away the original packaging - we are unable to supply replacements.
    • For products with warranties (e.g. Hermle clocks), please retain the packaging for the full duration of the warranty.

    • We are unable to process returns without these details.

    Christmas Return Schedule

    Orders placed between 1st November and 23rd December benefit from our extended returns policy. These items can be returned up until 14th January.


    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

    If approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to appear in your account.

    For a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.


    Exchanges

    If you’d like something different, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order separately once your refund is processed.

    Delivery Info

    Arthur Cameron offer free UK delivery for all orders over £30, and only £2.95 for all other UK orders. 

    All orders are sent out by either Royal Mail, DPD or Parcelforce via a tracked method direct from our warehouse here in Gloucestershire. 

    In a rush? We also offer next working day delivery from £3.95 as long as your order is placed before 2pm. Orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be delivered on the Monday, and orders placed after 2pm Friday and over the weekend will be sent out Monday for delivery Tuesday. Please take into account Bank Holidays

    We do our best to send out every order correctly and on time, however next day delivery is not guaranteed, and no compensation will be offered for late deliveries. We will refund any next day delivery cost.

    European Delivery is set at €14.95

    Next Day Delivery Schedule

    Our Courier (Parcelforce or DPD) deliver Monday-Friday as standard. Therefore all orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2pm will be delivered the next day. Orders placed before 2pm Friday will be delivered the next Monday. They may deliver your parcel at the weekend if sent out on a Friday however this is not guaranteed. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will not be sent out until the following Monday and delivered on the Tuesday. Please be aware national holidays may affect these timings. 

    We don't ask our staff to work weekends or bank holidays
